I, Chef Marie, have devoted my life
to promote good sound nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
As the creator of the Personal Fitness Chef Program
and co-author of The Saint-Tropez Diet, I decided
to research the Flax Seed Industry in order to find
the best American product I would promote with my
business. Due to a large variety of products, my task
took a lot longer than expected. Over a year, I compared
nutrition values, taste, and cooking results of many

my life for the better. As you can imagine, I have
been eating lots of flax seed for a while, but did
not notice much difference in my health, until I started
to eat this particular brand. Let me explain.
I have been suffering from serious
food allergies for a few years. Recently, those allergies
have become life threatening and forced me to give
up one of my love "cooking". I also had
to control my food in-take in order to minimize my
problem. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper!

health benefits, I decided to take 1 tablespoon every
day on top of the 1 tablespoon of Dash O'Flax®
I was putting in my salad or yogurt. Within a week,
I noticed I was feeling much more energized and felt
better.
A month later, I noticed that I
was no longer having food allergies attack and suddenly
no longer needed to take my allergy pill. Carefully,
I started to re-introduce certain food in my diet
and surprisingly had no problem. Even a cookie containing
cinnamon, which normally would rush me to the hospital,

"I hardly know where to start
with this letter, but I thought you would like to
know about the success that my wife and I are having
with your Golden Flax Seeds & Lignans.
For years I've been taking coarse
orange flavored Metamucil just to stay regular. Then
all of the sudden they stopped making it, (I can't
find it in any of our stores). None of the other products
that I have tried had ever come close to the results
that I was used to having.
On February 24, 2007, we went to
the St. Louis home show and happened on a booth offering
Premium Gold Flax Seeds. Listening to all the info
and benefits, my wife Teresa says to me that she thought
it would be a good replacement for the other fiber
I was taking. I thought why not I've tried everything
else, so why not this stuff? We bought the product,
it came as a kit which was a good thing because it
helped us to use it correctly .
We started out using a half a scoop
of each product as the instructions suggested, and
increasing it as our bodies adapted. We've found that
it tastes great in pourable peach yogurt, turning
it into a smoothie. We use a electric whisk which
isn't necessary but makes it really handy! Within
about 5 days I had increased the seeds to about 1/4
cup and one scoop of Lignans a day. I'm having very
good "success" if you get my drift. This
alone was enough to make me keep using it. So now
I want to back up a minute and tell you a little more
about my situation.
In April 9, 2006, I had a heart
attack at the age of 46. After which I started cardiac
rehab, and graduated on Aug. 20, 2006, In cardiac
rehab, I worked out for 1.5 hours every other day,
and changed my diet somewhat. I have always ate healthy,
lots of vegetables and fruit. And I don't smoke, and
if I drink it is just an occasional beer or wine with
meal, but not often at all.
With all this hard work and change
of diet, and gobs of medication, I lowered my total
cholesterol from 178 to 144. (Yes, 178 at the time
of the heart attack! I have inherited my family's
cholesterol.) Now lets look at the numbers because
some were still off. Starting numbers are from graduation
of Cardiac Rehab.
HDL (good cholesterol ) was 38,
it should be over 40.
Triglycerides were152, it should be under150.
LDL (bad cholesterol) was 78, that was good,
my ratio was 3.78, they want it under 4.1.
Well, after some time, things got
back to normal for me. Working 60-80 hours a week,
little or no workout, and fast food way too often.
Although I do eat good twice a day, and take my meds
and vitamins every day, my numbers jumped. I know
this because I had my blood tested at work on March
6, 2007, here are those results.
Total cholesterol was at 166, up
22 points.
HDLwas 39, up one point, good!
Triglycerides jumped to 220, not good at all!!!
LDL went up to 82, OK I guess.
But the ratio went up to 4.2, that's over the limit.
Now, remember at the top of the
letter when I started taking the Premium Gold Flax?
It was about a week prior to the cholesterol test
taken at work. My cardiologist scheduled a blood test
for the 23rd of the same month. I don't think the
timing could have been better.
So, now it's been almost a month
after I started taking the Premium Gold Flax Seed
& Lignans. Now remember that after three months
cardiac rehab, meds, & diet change, the numbers
were 144, 38, 152, 78, 3.78. Then 7 months later,
with meds, little or no work-out, and fast food, 166,
39, 220, 82, 4.2.
Then 3 weeks after that (and a month
of P.G.F.S) the numbers dropped big time! 132, 50,
101, 62, 2.6!!!!! And I didn't changed my diet. In
all fairness, I did start walking on the tread mill
30 mins.a day, 3-5 times A week. But it is nowhere
near what I was doing in cardiac rehab (1½
hours) .
My wife Teresa, has also had some
great things happen since taking Premium Gold Flax
Seed & Lignans. She has always had problems with
allergies; in fact I can hardly remember a day that
she hasn't taken meds for them, or the headaches that
goes with it. After about three weeks she came to
realize that she no longer needed to use her allergy
medication at all! Although she still has a bit of
allergies, they have been so manageable she hasn't
had to use any medication and has not had any headaches.
This is incredible because you can see the thick yellow
layer of pollen all over the cars! We also have both
noticed that the dark circles under her eyes have
started to fade away. Cool!
In general, we both feel healthier,
energized, have lost weight and inches. Needless to
say, we have decided to make Premium Gold Flax Products
a part of our daily routine for the rest of our lives.
